TopCat Middle School Winter Session

Adam Derengowski and I will be hosting middle school wrestling sessions this winter on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30 pm until 8:00, starting Dec.2. As always, these workouts will benefit the serious wrestler who is looking to improve on technique, drilling and conditioning.
